Herbalife 24 HAL : Why do we invite everyone.

 

Since few months ago, we are working on this cause and it was unbelievably amazing. It is a HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE day on the 24th EVERY MONTH.

 

 

It is about inspiring you to take the leap to become your best self. We want to make people feel good and help them build a strong sense of self.

So far we have done already 3km sunset run in Taman awam, Zumba and fitdancce in Donggongon, and the latest Soccer and Volleyball by the beach in Tanjung Aru in the morning, and family day fun parents and kids game in the evening.

 

 

It is open for everyone around KOTA KINABALU, where you can have fun,group/buddy  exercise @ workout, where you can spend time with family and friends, and where you can meet new friends while enjoying the view and environment too. I am in love with this cause because it brings people of all ages together having some fun while exercising and sharing good nutrition.

 

 

No worries, no string attached, you can just join and bring your family and friends with you. Just having fun do something you never do before and meet new people you never met before. It brings value to our experience just to know other people and listen to their stories. Get off the small screen on your hand, get off twitter, facebook, instagram, experience something real once a month, I promise you it brings no harm.

Extravaganza Singapore 2014

 

Alhamdulillah ini HERBALIFE ASIA PACIFIC EXTRAVAGANZA kedua saya (tahun lepas yang pertama di Bangkok)
Dan ini pertama kali bermusafir ke SINGAPORE. Syukur Ya Allah. Tempat baru lagi.

It was an amazing experience. Banyak happy moments and mata kaca-kaca moments juge pun. Terharu sebak gembira Ya Allah banyak sangat perkara yang berlaku dari sebelum sampai sana sampailah semasa Extravaganza, Allah tunjukkan kami.

 

1. Pertama kali dengan suami jejak kaki Singapore hehehe. Dulu study ja di Johor tapi haram tak masok singapore langsung. Tak terpikir tiada-tiada hal mau ke sana. Syukur lah kali ni sebab Herbalife Asia Pacific EXTRAVAGANZA di sana. Anyway thank you SPONSOR ku Amy Melissa bawa jenjalan last day hahaha (itu nanti ceerita lain entry ya)

new hobby bebeh

it was last friday night, before the friday night hangout session, i went for a new hubby, eh salah, hobby (cewahh speaking konon), it was GOLF. kelas gitu kan. *winkIt was my first time holding a club. I’ve been eye-ing on it for a very long time, but don’t have the courage even to touch it. Golf set si Jay, my best friend, selalu tengok-tengok jak dari jauh di rumah, but this is my 1st time pegang and guna untuk pukul di driving range. weeeeee.

untuk beginner macam saya guna Iron Club No. 7 sebab number 7 is my favourite number it is the easiest club to handle, because if you hit the ball correctly with 7 iron, the ball can make the flight to Korea or any holiday destination that u want and you can see the ball fly within 150m distant, if you use 7 iron, the ball usually place centered in front of your body so it'll be easy for to hit the ball, makin panjang club tu, makin kedepan la kedudukan bola. fuhhhh!! hah, itu lah dia panjang gila sebab musabab kenapa pakai club no.7. Itu yang cikgu aku cakap la.

*hampir betul dah cara berdiri aku kan. oyeahh. err aku pakai crocs jerrrr*

aku belajar cara pegang, interlock tangan dan jari, kalau salah tangan dan jari jadi sakit-sakit. belajar cara berdiri, cara swing (which aku belum pass lagi, need more practise), cara semasa swing mesti mata tengok ke bola saja jangan gatal-gatal jeling kiri-kanan, kalau ada apa-apa di kiri kanan semua itu COBAAN~~, jangan ambil peduli! fokus mata dekat bola sahaja tau! kalau degil nanti dimarah cikgu.

Cantik kan pink. suatu hari mau pakai skirt pendek, kasut pink, baju pink, topi pink, pakai shades lagi gitu, golf set kaler pink, KD aku pakai baju kolar pink sudah hahahaha.

Paling utama, sifu saya tidak lain dan tidak bukan, kawan baik saya, so tak malu sangat nak belajar mula dengan Zero, lepas tu kalau kena marah kita boleh marah balik! yeay! aku tahu mesti cikgu aku sekarang ni rasa mau tumbuk aku laju-laju di perut. saya tinggalkan kamu dengan gambar dia ya.

akhirnya berjaya mendapatkan

sungguh puas bukan, berhasil mendapatkan apa yang di ingin. alhamdulillah. lalalala

 

this post was actually delayed for almost two weeks, got this bb on March 15th ;) the 1st week is sakai week of the year, sebab tak reti ini itu semua gagagaga baru belajar la konon. banyak tanya Totin and Aizu. semua benda nak tanya! hahahahaha

was delayed because i haven’t got a name for him (yes my bb is a he), until yesterday, i finally came up with a name. ok tipu. i came up with two names, which i haven’t choose yet, either RARA, or CIRA.

i think of RARA 1st, why? because lately i love to ra ra ra ra ra ram ma mam ma ahh ga ga ohh laa laa~~~ so why not name it as RARA, but then, all my stuff are named after the initial letter of my name, C. my nikon- Chiqi, my anak patung that i slept with since forever- Choco, my lappy – Chyvil, etc. so if i named him (the bb) Rara, nanti macam anak tiri pula, keshian dia. but still i love the Rara name.

hmm. why i have to choose when i can have both *wink

so today, i excitedly happily named him Cira @ Rara !! o yeah!! gagagaga. so everybody, say hai to Rara @ Cira!!! can call him Rara or Cira, both accepted. it works like my name, official name is Sri, but people call me Cinoi (i want to make Cinoi official juga sebenarnya), so his official name is Cira, but i will/can call him Rara ok? ihihihih.

Sunday with Mary Kay

Last sunday Llewellyn ajak aku pergi beauty consultant ni. So aku pun pergi since its for free juga kan.

1st, produk dia suruh testing, Satin Hand scrub, lotion n apa ntah lagi satu. kalau pakai tangan jadi satin yoouu..hahaha..tapi tangan aku belum satin lagi la. baru pakai sekali.

tengok muka aku excited semacam saja, menggosok satin hand scrub tu di tangan.

ni masih nampak lagi mekap aku, yang aku mekap dari rumah, match dengan kaler baju la eye shadow aku tu hitam pink. sebelum di cuci oleh MK Make-up Remover.

lepas tu kan kena guna facial product dia semua tu, so terpaksa la gue remove mekap gue.

siap pakai mask ok. aku pakai facial prduk number 2. kalau tak silap number 1 untuk dry skin, number 2 untuk normal skin, number 3 untuk oily skin. ni macam BOTANI produk camtu. aku pon actually tak berapa nak faham time dia explain-explain tu. ha ha ha.

iklan: baju adalah di purchase dari Maharanilicious. pergi ke sana dan shopping di Maharanilicious ya. tuan butik nya sangat baik dan cantik.

ini la aku pakai, mask, cleanser, toner, moisturizer. 1 set (4 item) ni harga dia dalam RM285 .

yang ni pulak produk untuk satin hand yang aku pakai awal-awal tadi. aku lupa plak harga dia berapa RM.

ni rangkaian mekap Mary Kay. ntah aku tak berapa berkenan sangat. sebab kaler dia macam tidak berapa best, maybe aku tak biasa kot. and lipstick dia tidak long lasting sangat. and masa tu aku bengang, sebab palette eye-shadow yang dapat tempat aku, tiada kaler hitam n pink, so terpaksa guna saja kaler yang ada di situ.
