Herbalife 24 HAL : Why do we invite everyone.

 

Since few months ago, we are working on this cause and it was unbelievably amazing. It is a HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE day on the 24th EVERY MONTH.

 

 

It is about inspiring you to take the leap to become your best self. We want to make people feel good and help them build a strong sense of self.

 

 

We want to create a positive community that supports and empowers everyone, no matter what their fitness level or goals are.

 

 

People often shy away when they hear the term ‘healthy active lifestyle’ as they imagine having to dedicate hours to extreme workouts. While that certainly counts, a healthy active lifestyle is simply one that contributes positively to your physical and mental wellbeing. It is not as hard as it sounds. Small changes to your daily life and diet can add up to big results in the long term.

 

 

Whether you are already fit or just starting out on your fitness journey, you can live a healthier and more active lifestyle

 

 

So far we have done already 3km sunset run in Taman awam, Zumba and fitdancce in Donggongon, and the latest Soccer and Volleyball by the beach in Tanjung Aru in the morning, and family day fun parents and kids game in the evening.

 

 

It is open for everyone around KOTA KINABALU, where you can have fun,group/buddy  exercise @ workout, where you can spend time with family and friends, and where you can meet new friends while enjoying the view and environment too. I am in love with this cause because it brings people of all ages together having some fun while exercising and sharing good nutrition.

 

 

No worries, no string attached, you can just join and bring your family and friends with you. Just having fun do something you never do before and meet new people you never met before. It brings value to our experience just to know other people and listen to their stories. Get off the small screen on your hand, get off twitter, facebook, instagram, experience something real once a month, I promise you it brings no harm.

Salam and hello everyone. So today is the last day of working this month right (for the Sabahan). As for myself, I only work 1 day this week which is today. Yeah I can smell awesomeness. 30th and 31st cuti kaamatan, 1st June sambung cuti (sudah approved), sampai la Sunday 3rd June. Cannot wait to go back to hometown tomorrow. Kinda penat sudah di KK yang hectic, jem dan shopping minggu-minggu ni. (Pandai penat juga rupanya)

Sebenarnya, ini point sebenar entry ni, I mahu share this 1 crazy video that I found just recently in Tiub Awak.

Hahaha. Aku paling tableh blah tengok muka mamat ni bah. Hahahaha. Saitan betul. Gayanya lucu banget. Lagipun I find it’s true! Bongok bah muka dia ni.

This reminds me of our not-so-good old days. How crazy we were back then. Hahaaha melihatkan video(s) di atas, mengingatkan aku, ada di antara nya style orang yang aku kenal. Hahaha. The Fist Pump, The Double Fist Pump, The Towel, The Exhausted (Jay ? hahaha), The Party Pooper pun hada who the same person is The Chairman hahaha, and The Pout ? HAHAAHAHAH. Guess which one is me?? BAhaha Ssshhh if you know.

I am glad that the ‘zaman’ was finally over. Our last party was last New Year (2011 to 2012 new year eve) refer HERE, dan masa tu pun macam “bosan je”, me and Jay realized that night, that we are too old for that. Partying in the club was so last year. Sudah tidak “in” lagi. Looking back on how much money we’ve spent (cried), and berapa banyak dosa that we’ve done (cry a river). Penat sudah. We had enough. Not to “gebang” but masa tu timbul lah salah satu azam kami tahun ini, to leave those behind. Nasihat aku untuk yang masih lagi, kamu akan menyesal nanti, fikir baik-baik dalam-dalam, apa gunanya semua itu. Yeah it is true, if you never make mistake, you never make discovery. BUT, 1st time is a mistake, 2nd time is a choice. So discover faster, kalau boleh after the 1st time discover sudah. HAHA.

I remember we did a session at a club like few months ago, kami tamahu sebenarnya, tapi a friend come from far, and it is kind of hard to explain that we’ve “cuci tangan” so I think, we will just go and let the friend see himself, that me and Jay are not “in” anymore. The result? Jay boleh tertidur sebab kinda kebosanan and I was just playing with my Ipad. Lepas tu tiada ajakan sudah. Haha.

I am also thankful that kebanyakan kami are settling down this year Alhamdulillah, that we start new, leave crazy bad things behind. InsyaAllah. We are still learning and refreshing what we’ve learnt but did not practice before. Learning is something continuous. So yeah, it’s kinda works like that now. It’s a refreshing 5 months so far.

Di kesempatan ini juga (tiba-tiba bagi ucapan), I want to wish my the-fist-pump, the-double-fist-pump, the-towel friend congratulation on his wedding. Berjaya memotong aku dan Jay sebanyak 3bulan awal, haha. I am happy that you are married, that you are what you are now, and we both are happy for you, and cannot wait for our turn, and I am happy for what we decide at the beginning of this year.

Lastly, I will never forget the fist pump and the towel and The Exhausted! HAHAHAAHAHHA.

Spread the laughter people. And never judge. Dia takcakap takbermakna dia takbuat. Or dia cakap takbermakna dia buat or buat lagi. or vice versa.

i sampai Katerina Hotel a bit late that evening..people almost done eating...i sit on the front table, and had my dinner...
the mc are Jamal n Roma..they are cool..they are the one who made the dinner more fun and enjoyable..and sangat meriah...Roma the otai and Jamal the kelakar...
while Amir Akmal are the one who starts the karoke session..bravo amir...then followed by Shahir, Hiromi and beloved bf Raymond, me myself, Najib n Sarip, Sam n Huda, Sadat n Sarip, Syuk n Ijam..who else huh??i guess thats it.. the karoke session were punctuate with the award giving ceremony..

we had a lots..and lots of photo shoot session..this will be one of the best memories of our 4 years here..even few people are missing that night, it doesn't matter...and even someone i dislike are present too, it also doesn't matter..i did enjoy that night..syabas to Roma, u really did a good job as the host of the night...and congrats for them who had been working so hard to made this dinner possible.......................

the preparation

well as for the grand dinner, i want it to be a special day...since i've been struggling these 4 years kan, to finished this degree..wlupon la blom habis lagi officially kan, but we re a few steps away to it..

i know..i know..this post should be earlier b4 this previous post kan..tp i'm rushing...

once i heard that there is going to be a dinner for us, i've already decided to shop something..and i pick Malacca to shop for this grand dinner..

ok la..i shop 4 the stuff i wear last night on saturday...yes..yes..yesterday..that's why I'm rushing..i shop at malacca u know..haiya...at 1st i decided to wear the kebaya nyonya, thats why i picked Malacca to shop for the final year dinner..my hubby are with me, helping me out, wlupon there is a bit misunderstanding pagi2 tu, tu yang start shoping lambat..Ajim n Sarah pon ada...tq all.*we had lunch at Johny's*

but then, after i saw all the kebaya, i don't think it suit me really well..yeewww..looks ugly and damn lame on me...after this, if i want to really buy one, i won't buy the ready made one..i'll buy the kain then hantar la jahit mana2 pon...

i took quiet a long time to choose the dress...because i already have something in my mind..yeah..that is me..if i want to shop something, like bags, shoes, i already have something in my mind that is not easy to find at any shop..hurmm...*caught by paparazi*

at 2pm then i get the dress
i know i'll wear it that night right after a glance at the dress
nampak je that dress "i am going to wear u tonight"
then pegi fitting room and try..wow!!
this is perfect..
lgpon malas mau pk2 lagi la..and tired..damn tired...


pastu i went for shoes lak..which i didn't get anything at all..i ended up wearing my available heels, which i bought few months ago in 2007..

then lastly, i looked up for a clutch..that suit the dress..ehem...i managed to get one from NOSE...a black clutch...

yeehaa...now i am ready for the dinner..we left from Malacca at 5 something..but hubby made a wrong turn, that we have to turn back to get to the right way...i reached home at 7 something..so..tak sempat la nak set rambut kan...

huhuh..i took about half an hour to get ready..evon do the make-up for me...

everything is just so fast....
tq all of u..who helping me out for the preparation for the dinner..tq....

BFC grand dinner Part 1

i just back home from my batch grand dinner at KATERINA HOTEL..

its fun, great, enjoy..best..sangat best..that no word can describe.

but cam something missing, let just me know it..

1st of all, i won 2 award which is QUEEN OF OTAI and QUEEN OF KARAOKE..

well...hehe...

i sang GEMILANG by JACLYN VICTOR tadi..

amazingly, i woke up early today..
6.50am..even before the sun rise..
sory sun, i beat u today..
feels so fresh..

semalam we all ada bbq at rakin's place..

its his birthday..
happy birthday rakin..
we really2 had fun last night..
because this time's bbq is slight different from other bbq held in his place b4..
because this time, they (rakin, matin, ali, nije, sarip, najib, sadat, jan) invited almost the whole class..n its such a sweet n fun event, where the budak cina sgt sporting to attend, and the classmates gathered n had fun..its awesome..

its crazy, the area are damn smelly with the air ayam spread around the road..the pakcik2 makcik2, villagers, n org yg lalu lalang were like covered their nose, n stared weirdly..hahahaha..sian rakin..sory la, everyone has their turn, the night is yours..

appreciation n applause to the tuan rumah, for the such unforgettable event..hope there are more events such, in the future..
